Course Description

Expected Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

As an Account Administrator, you’ll have access to manage account members and permissions settings for your organization. This course will cover how to manage account member settings, whether you’re onboarding or offboarding team members or managing existing account member information to ensure everyone has the appropriate permissions and access. We will also review how to manage external partners in the Talent Network. Finally, we will review how to manage your organizational holiday calendars, set default and custom workweeks, and configure time off settings in alignment with your organizational processes.

In addition to the readings, resources, and demo videos, this course also includes hands-on labs and activities. Please note that it is recommended that you either complete the labs from a demo account or make sure to remove any data or information from the labs that may impact your organizational account.
